Mooman all day every day! There is really not much of a contest. Firelord is pretty freakin awesome; his HP can get pretty obscenely high after empowerments.

Mooman, no contest, he has water moves, amazing attack stat, and defensive stats beyond reasoning. The only thing Fire Lord has that Mooman does not is he looks cooler

Ok raise your hand if you have ever watched a mooman with matk stacked. Sorry but firelords enormous def and access to vampire makes him the perfect def tank when added with shield. Toe to toe with the most reasonable build Firelord out lasts Mooman.
