@COM What about the Red Knight? If you're asking about the red knight on the sidebar -----> I just used a picture of a Knight to represent them BOTH.

U can used transformed danda wit 480 speed including the bouns and rest mAtt. Danda will hit 4 times while red knight hits once wit over 400

@Kevan Which broodlings? The first 8? For FOORSE, use a water type guard, like Blue Trifish.

You get blue trifish by chance in First CC. Water brood is easiest to beat, so use Green Magiman. You need luck that a water brood will appear though.
